LKQ EURO TURNS IT'S HAND TO PAINT
LKQ Euro has added Iris Coatings and five UK distributors of paint and body shop supplies in its latest acquisition. The group who owns Euro Car Parts, has finally concluded the deal that sees them take a 100 percent shareholding in Iris Coatings, a sales and marketing specialist for refinishing distribution.
Halfords’ customer success is down to good old feedback
Halfords Autocentres has credited its 93 percent customer satisfaction score to the operational changes made after receiving customer feedback. The chain of 290 garages reviewed the feedback of more than 52,000 customers, with the help of Empathica, a global provider of Customer Experience Management solutions.
